Lastly, once the implementation of the ntetwork is complete, O'Neal & Associates continues to maintain all network hardware and software via our highly-competitive Network Management Contract. Even if O'Neal & Associates didn't design your network, our highly-qualified analysts can ferret out problems with your existing network, rectify them immediately, certify your backbone end-to-end, and, then place you on Network Management Contract to alleviate future problems in a timely fashion.
Based on a small monthly retainer, O'Neal & Associates continually monitors all aspects of your network to ensure trouble-free service. Should a problem develop, we frequently resolve the issue through remote control of your network. If we cannot resolve the problem remotely, your Network Management Contract assures you of a 24-hour response time 365-days a year.
